Once Upon an Early Foggy Morning

What a fun time we had with this family playing in the foggy park. While the fog created some crazy lighting situations that might not be ideal for a traditional family portrait, it certainly added something special to our not-so-traditional family shoot. I love the first shot - so dreamy.

Big Bro and Little Sis

It is so great to be able to photograph families as their children grow. As the kids (and the parents) get to know us more and more, everyone is more relaxed and we have a lot of fun together. This shoot was all about big brother and little sister - they were so sweet together. Especially as they get older, this doesn't always happen.

Enjoy!

It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas

We've had so much fun with this family this year creating all sorts of projects for their home - a collage of Danielle (that shoot here), canvases of Mom and the kids as a surprise for Dad's birthday (that shoot here)...and now onto the Christmas card - love the red shirts! ;)

Enjoy!

Growing Fast!

Some kids are shy, some are wild, some cry - I love them all - but my favorites are the talkative ones because they remind me of my own girls. Little Miss Kayla is very friendly and quite talkative. We had a great time at the park, she loved watching the big girls playing soccer and I loved seeing how big her little sister has gotten already. (I photographed Grace as a newborn - you can reminisce here.)

Enjoy!

Thanks Auntie Molly!

I've known Molly and her brothers since high school and her sister-in-law since Jr. High so when she contacted me to do a shoot with her entire family, I was so excited. It was kind of surreal to see how the trio of Molly and her brothers has grown in to such a huge family that obviously like to have a lot of fun together. We were able to capture a variety of great group shots and managed to grab a few candids too.

Enjoy!

Family Time

We had so much fun shooting this family and were so glad that Mom asked if the boys could bring props that represent their favorite past times. We go some great shots wondering around this huge, beautiful church. There was even a basketball court so we could get some action shots.

Enjoy!
