Helping Plan the Future

This was a fun shoot - a mix of an environmental business session and a family session. Heather is a Personal Family Lawyer that specializes in helping families plan for their future. She might be simply called and estate planning attorney but she does so much more. Her practice includes many types of families but lately she has taken a special interest in helping women who are caring for their children as well as their aging parents. Teamwork

As small business owners have been focusing on marketing, I've been doing a lot of what I call Environmental Business Photography. These four women all work together in real estate (www.teamlund.com) and asked me to photograph them for their marketing pieces. It sounds like they have a lot of fun together while working hard for their clients. In fact, one of them was off to show a house just as we were finishing up.

Summer Evening in the Park

I had a wonderful time with this family in the park on a warm summer evening. It's such a joy to get to capture the love of a family. One of my favorite shots from the shoot is the one below of Mom and Dad - I love the way that they are looking at each other - such love. I like to get a few shots with just mom and dad when I can. Usually, they haven't had a picture of just the two of them since their wedding and as anyone with small children knows, a lot has changed since their wedding.

What a Difference a Year Makes

I first met this family about a year ago when their youngest was born. What a difference a year makes. The girls are as sweet as ever and we had a great time at my new favorite park for shooting.

On the Way

Our neighbors contacted me via Facebook a few weeks ago to ask if I'd capture some maternity shots as they anticipate their new arrival. We decided to do the shoot in the park rather than their home and had so much fun! They are going to be wonderful parents and I can't wait to see them come home with the little on in tow.
