Living the Fairytale

It was so great to see this family.  We photographed their wedding last spring and they seem to be settling into their new life just wonderfully.  So happy, so loving, so playful and so fun to be around.

Family Time

This is one of my very favorite families.  They are so loving, so much fun and just so darn sweet.  I was glad I got the opportunity to photograph everyone together as they were all in town celebrating the holidays.

Winter Cuties

I photographed this family as they gathered for the holidays and it was so fun to see everyone together - with a new adorable cousin added to the mix - we braved the cold and got some great shots.  We can't keep them from growing up so fast but we can at least capture them as they are today.

And Baby Makes Three

I just love this family.  I've known Jess forever and when we were chatting before our shoot, we were trying to remember just how long.  As I was thinking about it this morning, I remembered thinking about meeting her - I needed a new hair stylist and she came highly recommended - I had just watched Sliding Doors with Gwyneth Paltrow and I wanted my hair to be just like hers.  However, I didn't want Jess to think that I was the type of person to try to emulate celebrities.  If I would have even known half the person that Jess was, I wouldn't have worried about it at all.  Sliding Doors was released in 1998 - 13 years later, she's still the best hair stylist there is but things have changed a bit...the salon is booming, she's married and their daughter is absolutely beautiful. 

Jason and I were lucky enough to get to spend some time with them this weekend and capture some great shots of this beautiful family!

Fun Times

Once upon a time there were five adorable little boys....

fast forward five years and they've added another adorable little boy and the five other adorable little boys have grown into five handsome young men who - it is very obvious - bring their grandparents and their parents a lot of joy. 

Time isn't going to stop no matter how much we wish it would so the only thing to do is embrace each day and that's exactly what this family does - silly and loving and fun - it just doesn't get any better than this.
