White Sox

We haven't photographed youth sports much lately but when these clients call, we show up. We've been photographing this first young man as he has matured in youth sports for as long as we've been in business. The games, the kids and the coaches have all gotten more serious over the years and we look forward to following these kids and capturing the memories of their days in youth sports for years to come.

I couldn't resist a little sepia on this one. It reminds me of old photographs of my grandfather playing ball.

Sisters!

These girls are so cute and so sweet. I met them and their mom about three years ago and have had the pleasure of photographing them several times since then. They have really grown into darling little girls. Jason and I had to laugh though during the shoot because they reminded us so much of our own girls - older sis is inquisitive and more serious while little sis can't stop smiling and giggling.

Enjoy!

Sunday Morning Fun Slideshow!

Here's the slide show of images from a recent playgroup shoot. Some of the moms were able to view it in our residential gallery but a couple couldn't make it so I promised to post the slide show.

Enjoy!

Survivors!

We had the honor of photographing the Survivors' Reception for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure last Thursday. What an amazing group of women; so inspiring. We really CAN make a difference. If you are interested in learning more about the race or donating to the cause, visit their website. If you sign up for the race, let me know so I can look for you on race day!

These shots are of all the survivors that attended the event. My mom is in the first group - she's a 10-year survivor!!

L-O-V-E Love

There's just no other word to explain the feeling that this family exudes except maybe happiness. This little guy truly is special. This was a follow up shoot at about two weeks old; I posted previous photos from when he was two days old. Wow! He's already changed so much! I really love to capture newborns shortly after birth and then again after the family has settled. You can see in these shots that this family is really enjoying their new family.

Sweetie Pie

What a sweetie this little girl is - and what a loving family. We had a great time shooting in their beautiful backyard and even got a few shots of her in the tub and nursing. Enjoy.

Sunday Morning Fun!

Here's a sneak peek of the images from my latest playgroup photo shoot. I haven't done one of these in a while and I was reminded how much fun everyone has. I love the challenge of capturing the kids in action, the kids have fun just playing and the parents can just relax.

Enjoy!
