Sacramento Event Photography - Girls Night Out

I'm a sucker for a good girls night out and I pride myself on being a great party planner but Dena takes the cake on both of these.  Each year she plans an over-the-top girls night out for her family and friends.  This year the theme was "A Night Out at the Oscars" complete with awards, performances, hair and makeup, gowns, a limo and, of course, the paparazzi.  It was great fun to photography such a fun-loving group of women.

Roseville Senior Photography - Enjoying Life

We were fortunate to spend a chilly Sunday morning with Jon who obviously has a contagious smile and a love of sports.  We were also fortunate to have the school and baseball field to ourselves allowing us to capture Jon's true spirit in the places he feels most comfortable.

Sacramento Senior Portraits - On His Way

On a very cold February morning we headed downtown for this senior session.  As Justin braved the cold we were able to capture some great shots of him as he wraps up his high school career and looks forward to a bright future in the Marines. 

As I write blog posts for high school seniors, I attempt to avoid the proverbial reference to growing up fast but alas with this post I just can't seem to avoid it.  Justin is my cousin and I truly do remember when he was born.  I can distinctly remember driving to Roseville to meet him.  As a toddler he was the best dancer at our wedding and now as he embarks on a remarkable journey we wish him well and know that he will succeed.
